At Boom Music we believe in NO RISK, NO HASSLE shopping. Simply choose a package you are interested in and put a hold on it, no obligations, and no money down. The only information we need from you is your name and number. In the case where we only have one remaining show available on your event date, a Boom Music representative will get into contact with you and provide you with 48 hours of ‘right of first refusal’. At this time you can choose to keep our services or not. Please note, unless confirmed booking has been made all Free Tentative Bookings will be removed from the system one calendar month prior to the event date.

Traditionally, most functions are four hours in duration. However, many times our clients feel they should hire extra hours, "just in case." We, at Boom Music, appreciate the importance of saving money. Rather then taking a chance and spending excess money by booking extra hours unnecessarily, we have set up a Risk Free Extended Program. Prior to the last hour of the dance, survey the situation, and if you feel that you would like the party to continue, make arrangements with a Boom Music staff member. At that time Boom Music will seek permission and make extended arrangements with the venue management.
To pre purchase Extended Time prior to your function, Boom Music will discount the extended rate by 25%.

Most successful functions are a testament to planning and preparation. To ease the process, Boom Music has designed on-line fill-in-the-blank Client Check List forms. Boom Music understands that couples and planning committees are pressed for time. Client Check List forms can be accessed 24 hours a day and are designed to save our clients time and provide them with the opportunity to customize their show according to their needs.

We at Boom Music provide our clients with many options when it comes to Dinner Music. Boom Music sets up the equipment before the guests arrive, thus our system is accessible to the clients for Dinner Music. For Boom Music staff members to be present during Dinner Music, additional charges apply. To help keep our clients costs low, we provide our system ‘free of charge’. Simply arrange for a representative to ‘press play’ and ‘adjust volume’.
